# Chuyển EXCEL vào phần mềm kế toán
## Bước 1: Đưa nguồn file excel
Vào **Tiện Ích** -> **E. Xuất XML, chuyển excel vào phần mềm**
Trong đó:
* Tab 2. **Chứng từ**: Chuyển các chứng từ như Sổ nhật ký chung, sổ cái tài khoản....
* Tab 3. **Vật tư**: Chuyển phiếu nhập xuất vật tư - hàng hóa - thành phẩm
* Tab 4. **Từ điển và số dư:** chuyển các bảng từ điển và số dư (nếu có)
* Tab 5. **Số dư**: chỉ chuyển số dư.
Tại dòng "Nơi lưu file Excel" -> Bấm là nút 
để up file excel cần chuyển vào.
***Lưu ý: Tên file excel và tên của các thư mục chứa file excel đều phải VIẾT LIỀN, KHÔNG DẤU***
## Bước 2: Điền số thứ tự cột tương ứng
Dựa vào bảng excel, điền chính xác thứ tự A,B,C... của các cột tương ứng vào phần mềm
Ví dụ trong bảng Excel cột Mã khách hàng nợ là E, thì trong phần mềm SỐ THỨ TỰ EXCEL cũng điền là E.
***Lưu ý: Chương trình sẽ lấy bắt đầu từ dòng thứ 2 trong bảng excel, và chỉ lấy số liệu tại sheet 1.***
